The material in the TEAM is designed to be downloaded, taken into the field, and most importantly, used. For example:

  • The organizing committee of an aligning effort may use measures from TEAM to survey participants in the collaborative.
  • A funder may select measures from the TEAM for use in a grant announcement.
  • A program director may use measures from the TEAM in a funding application.
  • A researcher may use measures in the TEAM to field surveys of multiple collaboratives while assessing common success factors.
  • An evaluator may select measures from the TEAM to monitor a collaborative’s progress and point out opportunities for improvement.
  • A community organizer may use measures in the TEAM for ideas while kicking off a community-led initiative.

The list of uses for the measures in the TEAM is nearly limitless. Other examples may include uses as part of in-depth interviews, strategic planning, and fundraising. How you use the TEAM will depend on what you want to measure and why.
