Note that the Featured Set cannot give definitive evidence that any organization is doing well. But what the Featured Set does offer is a set of measures that others have found to be important considerations for aligning across sectors.
Another important aspect of the Featured Set is that it is designed to be used in relatively standard ways, increasing the possibility of learning about aligning and other forms of collaboration across contexts or on a broad scale. This increases the likelihood that the tool can be used for identifying effective practices in a given type of context, setting benchmarks, and comparing benchmarks using consistent measures.
